Frame #4 -- The Middle Mechanics

From the launch position at initiation through frame #4, the bat has rotated about 100 degrees in 4 frames. It will accelerate through the final 80 degrees to contact in just 1 frame (1/30 of a second). Regardless of the batters size and strength, for the bat to accelerate that fast requires very efficient rotational swing mechanics. This swing hit the ball close to 500 feet. If the batter had this hit the ball one-quarter inch higher on the ball, it would have been a frozen-rope to the gaps.
