The tetherball thing is my interpretation.I don't have a very
rigourous science back ground,so it may be inaccurate.Seems
like this may be an additional way force is used,even in a closed
system to account for such power in the absence of the long
radius swing.It would be good to hear you and Paul have a direct
dialog.
