Ray-

In fastpitch, there are MANY bad clips available for analysis. I would agree with JAck that what you see is a long swing that reaches max batspeed well out front so ball is hooked foul, but margin of erro is so high and swing is so long that there are also lots of errors being late and cutting across ball so its foul to the oppo side. The combo of long swing, often with deceleration reacceleration in a plane that cuts across the ball gives the worst of both worlds, with lots of foul balls both ways and usually improving contact by staying in zone longer and decelerating.Nothing much good at all in this pattern, but it does help for these people to invest in light hot bats.

The nice thing about good mechanoics is that so many parameters get better all at once.
